We can fabricate parts from small brackets to large truck beds and nearly anything in between. Welding capabilities include MIG, TIG and Stick welding of mild steel, stainless steel and aluminum. If parts of your project are outside of our skill set, we can often source the parts necessary from other specialty shops in order to provide you with a completed assembly.

Our shop’s main equipment capabilities are listed below.

We have two of these saws available to cut bars to length. Both can be configured to auto-feed material for cutting large quantities of identical parts.

Our shear can cut sheets and plates up to 10 feet in length, and up to 1/2" thick.

Our press brake is equipped with a 12 foot long bed and 200 tons of bending force. Our dies will accommodate sheet metal up to 1/4″ plate.

Our ironworkers make quick work of shearing bar and flat stock to length, as well as angle iron up to 3/8" thick. A notcher on one end can trim corners and notch up to 1/4″ steel. Attachments on the other end can either bend flat bar, or punch round, square and slot-type holes of a variety of sizes.

We can cut virtually any shape on our plasma table in materials from 16ga. up to 1.5" thicknesses. We can often work with your DWG or DXF files, or can assist you in creating the necessary drawings based on your specs, sketches or templates.
