CNC High Definition Plasma Cutting Table

This latest addition to our shop's tooling gives us a great advantage over manual layout and cutting. Jobs that require multiple parts and complicated layouts need only be drawn in AutoCAD, and can be quickly and precisely cut from most metals.

Our Koike Table has a 6' x 12' cutting area, and can pierce and cut steel up to 1" thick. Our nesting software is capable of determining how best to layout parts on a sheet, minimizing waste. Cut quality in most cases is very close to that of a laser.
